CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is due at time of booking. A confirmation email with session details and a Zoom meeting link will be sent upon booking. Please check your spam or junk folder.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your scheduled session or workshop, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice via email. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled session start time will be allowed to be rescheduled on a one-time basis only. We do not offer refunds. No-shows for free sessions and paid sessions will not be rescheduled under any circumstances.
